It’s harder to be a leader than a follower. Part of being a leader is knowing when to let other people lead. When you’re a leader, you know that it’s okay to step back, you know that it’s okay to collaborate; because if you’re demanding and bossy, you are certainly not a leader. A true leader put their best effort in when nobody is watching or there to appreciate it. A true leader leads when they don’t even know it.
